1 Scope of application
The following general terms and conditions for the delivery of digital content via mueller-krey.com are the basis of the contracts concluded by Matthias Müller-Krey for the delivery of digital content via the website mueller-krey.com. Physical data carriers will not be made available.
2 Conclusion of Contract
The offer presentation on mueller-krey.de does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to order digital content.
By clicking the button “buy now” you make a binding purchase offer (According to German Civil Law, § 145 BGB). Upon your purchase you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your order.
A purchase contract for access to digital content is only concluded when mueller-krey.de declares acceptance of the purchase.
3. Subject of the contract
By purchasing, you will have the opportunity to download and use your eBook on your devices.

The purchase gives you the right to download the eBook two times maximum, either in Epub and Mobi formats. The right to download is not limited in time. The eBook costs 29.99 USD.
6. Terms of payment
The payment of the outstanding invoice amount takes place via Paypal. Invoices are due immediately and net – without any deduction – to pay, unless otherwise agreed. If a payment date is exceeded, the settlement of interest at the statutory rate remains reserved. Also, in this case, the right to block your access to downloads remains until outstanding claims are settled.
The offsetting of claims is only permitted to you – except in the case of the opening of insolvency proceedings over our assets – if the claim has been acknowledged, judicially determined or legally related to your liability.
7. No right of withdrawal
You may not withdraw your agreement if the execution of the agreement begins with making the content you have purchased available to you. With your contract offer you state that you agree to the execution of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You have taken note that your right of withdrawal expires at the beginning of this execution.
