5. Prices
The purchase gives you the right to download the eBook two times maximum, either in Epub and Mobi formats. The right to download is not limited in time. The eBook costs 29.99 USD.
6. Terms of payment
The payment of the outstanding invoice amount takes place via Paypal. Invoices are due immediately and net – without any deduction – to pay, unless otherwise agreed. If a payment date is exceeded, the settlement of interest at the statutory rate remains reserved. Also, in this case, the right to block your access to downloads remains until outstanding claims are settled.
The offsetting of claims is only permitted to you – except in the case of the opening of insolvency proceedings over our assets – if the claim has been acknowledged, judicially determined or legally related to your liability.
7. No right of withdrawal
You may not withdraw your agreement if the execution of the agreement begins with making the content you have purchased available to you.
